What I purchased (and kept) from the NSALE 2021

Although there were more items on my wishlist, this is what I ended up purchasing (and keeping!) from the Nordstrom Sale.

This sweater has been my #1 Top Seller of the NSALE so far! And for good reason – it is SO soft!Normally $108, on sale for $70 – which may still sound like a lot but it is so worth it. I’d much rather have one sweater I absolutely love that I know will last me years was opposed to two $35 lower quality ones that may only last one season. I would say it runs TTS, but is cropped so I would size up if you want more length (however if you keep it on a hanger it will probably stretch). I typically keep my sweaters folded in drawers to avoid stretching. Would work well with jeans, a skirt or high waisted leggings.

After purging a lot of my closet last month I realized I didn’t own any small crossbody bags except one pink one. I wanted something more versatile that I could use going into Fall and this black Tory Burch Crossbody checked all the boxes. It’s the perfect size, and fits everything I need – keys, small wallet, phone, lipstick, etc. Looks like it is sold out in the black, but still available in the tan color. I will link a similar, larger version here in the black.

I pretty much live in Spanx leggings during the Fall and Winter months. I have had my two pairs for over two years, and decided it was time for an upgrade. I even ended up purchasing a second pair this year just to replace my other pair – I wear them so often that I need multiple pairs while the rest are in the wash, haha!

I have been searching for a pair of tall black boots since last summer honestly and just haven’t found anything I have liked until now. I think I would have gotten a lot of use out of them last year if I had them earlier, so I am excited to style them this time. I typically wear an 8-8.5 in shoes, usually 8.5 in boots and I went with the 8.5. These were the only shoes I ended up keeping from the sale.

I have probably tried over 20 different mascaras and I always go back to this one. It separates and lengthens lashes, gives volume with layers and doesn’t take hours to get off. I do not think I have seen it marked down this much, so it is worth purchasing. I wish I had purchased a second set to stock up to save money later – I am hoping they will restock this!

Forever my favorite eyeliner – it is SO good but hate paying full price. It goes on smoothly and stays on really well but is not too difficult to take off. I actually purchased two of these to save money in the long run!

Ryan and I had this blanket in the green color and decided to buy the white during the sale. It is softer Thant the Barefoot Dreams ones IMO.

I purchased two Barefoot Dreams cardigans last year during the NSALE (linking them here) and impulsively decided to buy a different style this year that is a bit less casual! They run big IMO – I wear the XS, but would have gotten an XXS if that was an option, haha. I think the BD sweaters are a lot softer than the blankets and a better purchase!
