Steps
Smile Brilliant is a process, and it does take time and commitment – you will be whitening every day or every other day for about 1-3 weeks. However, in my opinion it is worth it!
The first step after purchasing your kit is the molding. You will receive everything you need to make a molding of your teeth which will be used to create the whitening trays. This may sound overwhelming, but it is surprisingly very simple. The instructions are as simplified as possible and easy to follow. They even give you an extra molding set incase something happens to the first one!
Once you create your molding, you will ship it back in the prepaid envelope already available in the box. Soon after, your trays will be on their way to you!
When you receive your trays, you can begin the whitening process. After rinsing your mouth with water, you will simply squirt the whitening gel onto the trays and insert them into your mouth. You can leave them in for 45mins-3 hours!
Once the time is up, I brush my teeth as normal and rinse the trays. Then I use the desensitizing gel for about a half hour – this helps prevent sensitivity and promote whitening.
