How to Refresh Your Hair After a Workout

I don’t wash my hair everyday for a number of reasons… it saves me time, and I don’t have to style it as often which means less heat/damage to my hair. Here are the 3 products I use that help refresh my hair after working out!

Hair Before

Hair After

Step 1: dry shampoo

I’m obsessed with this dry shampoo from Moroccan Oil! I’ve tried probably 20 different brands and ever since my hair stylist recommended this one I haven’t used any others. It comes in both brunette and blonde. I sweat they used to have an original shade but I can’t find it now… but anyway, I love the blonde shade – it has a purple tint to it to make your hair look even blonder! It smells good, and doesn’t feel gross on my hair like other dry shampoos do and of course it makes my hair a lot cleaner! I get mine at either Sephora or Nordstrom. I just noticed Sephora released a limited edition jumbo bottle for the same price as the large definitely buy that! I know I’m going to stock up!

Step 2: Olaplex No. 6 Bond Smoother

This product from Olaplex is great to use on either wet, damp or dry hair. I usually just add it to my ends for extra conditioning. It helps hydrate hair, eliminates frizz, and protects hair from heat. I only use a tiny amount each time and I have been using the same bottle for probably a year and still have a lot left so it definitely lasts awhile. I get mine at Sephora or Nordstrom.

Step 3: Wet brush

I like that that this hairbrush from Wet Brush gets out all my tangles but is still gentle. It’s also super affordable and under $15 at Ulta. You can also find it at most drug stores.
