For the past few weeks I have been trying out a new beauty product – the Beaky Blender! It is a dupe to the famous Beauty Blender. Today on colleenccook.com I am doing a full review on the two with my opinions on both products!
Beauty Blender
I started using the Beauty Blender a year ago and have loved it! Here are some pros, cons, and comparison to the Beaky Blender.
- $20 for 1 Beauty blender or $35 for 2
- Softer/more spongier feel than Beaky
- Blends make up better / faster
- Easy to clean / does not get foundation stains
- Available at Sephora, Ulta, Nordstrom, Amazon, etc.
Beaky Blender
While the knock-off blender has a lot of similarities to the Beauty Blender, there are several features that makes Beaky different.
- $8 for a pack of 5 Beaky Blenders (code BEAKY15OFF)
- More firm
- Less absorbent so more difficult to blend make up
- Harder to clean / gets foundation stains
- Available on amazon and beaky.com
BOTTOM LINE: Out of the two, I like the Original Beauty Blender more! Even though it is a lot pricier, I think does its job better and therefore is worth it to me.
However I do still think the Beaky Blender is a good dupe that is SUPER AFFORDABLE!

I have also been trying out the Beaky brushes which are really high quality. I use them every day and highly recommend those! My code COLLEEN20 takes 20% off your purchase at Beaky.
