I can’t believe the Nordstrom Sale is here already! This time last year, I was nearing the end of my first trimester. I remember filming a try-on for the NSALE and hoping no one could notice my bump LOL!
Every year I look forward to shopping the NSALE, and every year my list gets more and more practical. I have so much to share during the sale this year – my wishlist, past purchases, and more!
My Wishlist
My wishlist for specific items this year is pretty short. One of the top items on our list this year is towels. We’ve had our Pottery Barn ones for years but they haven’t held up amazingly so we’re not looking to spend as much this time. The Nordstrom ones feel super soft so I’m interested to see how they hold up.
Something that has been on the back of my mind for Tatum is a convertible car seat. We have the Nuna Pipa Lite which is an infant car seat so we will eventually need to upgrade. So far we have loved it and want to stick with Nuna if we can, but their car seats are definitely on the expensive side. The Nuna RAVA has great reviews and is included in the sale for $150 off so I will probably purchase that for her.
As for clothing, the only thing I’m pretty set on purchasing are new pajamas since I could use more and they are pretty discounted. The Nordstrom brand ones are literally the best. I have two sets already and always grab for them – they’re so soft and perfect for nursing because of the buttons.
There’s a few other items I could use like more loungewear and jeans. However I’m going to wait in person to shop for these things so that I can try things on.
Beauty Favorites
Thankfully I’m pretty stocked up on beauty products, so I don’t think I’ll be purchasing anything in this category this year. Some of my all time favorite products are included in the sale every year so I am excited to share those again!
Have and Love
Some of my favorite clothing items and baby products are included in the NSALE this year. As far as baby products go, both our stroller and car seat are included in the sale this year. We are all obsessed with the Uppa Baby Vista 2 stroller – it comes with both the bassinet attachment and rumble seat. The bassinet attachment is great to have especially during the newborn stage when babies spend so much time napping. The seat can face both ways and the whole stroller is pretty easy to take apart, just the frame is a little heavy. Overall it’s very sturdy and heavy duty – it rides smoothly on all the rough Baltimore streets, sidewalks, cobblestone, etc! It has held up so well over the last 5 months. It also has the capability to carry two children so I like having that option for the future. I’ve also loved the Nuna Pipa Lite stroller because of how lightweight it is – it’s only 6.9 lbs so it’s really easy for me to carry her to and from the car. It also attaches to the stroller.
A few basics I’ve had for awhile like bras, pajamas, boots, socks, blankets – these are all the best out of many brands I have tried!
